- Review and plan for district provided professional development for 2024-2025
- Review student data for all student populations and leverage current support models to provide data for improving academic achievement
- Review and monitor Rochester’s instructional technology plan
- Evaluate Rochester’s learning environments within the classroom, hybrid, and online learning spaces
- Evaluate the impact of technology on time, place, and pace of learning

- Review and continue to develop a process for Rochester Community School’s next strategic plan
